Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara national reserve

Pick up from your Nairobi hotel or JKIA Airport in the morning, driving to Maasai Mara national reserve with a stop at the Great African Rift Valley escarpment view point. (Maasai Mara National Reserve is one of the most popular tourism destinations in Kenya- Africa. The reserve is located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland. Wildlife tends to be most concentrated on the reserve’s western escarpment. The Maasai Mara is regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife viewing areas. The annual wildebeest’s migration alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November. Day 5: Amboseli National park to Tsavo West.

Early morning game drives return to your lodge for breakfast. Depart via game drives   for Tsavo West with a visit to Mzima Springs where you can see hippos and fish in a crystalline clear water. There are possibilities of seeing crocodiles and monkeys. Later proceed to Ngulia safari lodge. Ngulia lodge is perched on the Ndawe Escarpment just below Ngulia Hills, overlooking the Rhino Sanctuary surrounded by Scenic Hills. Ngulia Safari Lodge no doubt has one of the most breathtaking views in Kenya, built in an open-air style, has a view of floodlit water holes and the Leopard bait meet. Guests can enjoy their meals as they watch the leopard feast at around 6pm. Check in and have lunch. In the afternoon visit the rhino sanctuary and return to the lodge where there is usually a leopard trap and easy to spot leopard.

Day 1

Our driver will pick you from the international airport with a sign board bearing your names. After brief introduction, you will be escorted to the car and drop at the Nairobi guest house. The room has hot shower, TVs set and a comfortable bed. The day will be spent on own leisure.

Day 2

Our driver will pick you from the hotel early in the morning for Maasai Mara trip. You stop at Narok town for lunch and refreshments. You arrive at your campsite at 2.30pm. Day 6

Day 7

FULL ITINERARY

Day 1

Our driver will pick you early in the morning from your Mombasa hotel, join the group and head to Tsavo East Park. You arrive in time for lunch and check in at your lodge. Afternoon you have your game drives visiting the Aruba dam. This is the park famous for the “man eaters of Tsavo”. You return late evening to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

The sight of dust-red elephant wallowing, rolling and spraying each other with the midnight blue waters of palm-shaded Galana River is one of the most evocative images in Africa. This, along with the 300 kilometer long Yatta Plateau, the longest lava flow in the world, make for an adventure unlike any other in the Tsavo East. The park forms the largest protected area in Kenya and is home to most of the larger mammals, vast herds of dust –red elephant, Rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard, pods of hippo, crocodile, waterbucks, lesser Kudu, gerenuk and the prolific bird life features 500 recorded species.

Tortilis Camp is named after the flat-topped, umbrella thorn tree, the Acacia.

The tents are all large and spacious, with king or twin beds, elegant en suite bathrooms.

AMBOSELI SERENA LODGE

Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge is located within Amboseli National Park, which lies approximately 250 kilometers from Nairobi and close to the Tanzanian border.

The luxury en suite rooms are accommodated in two single-stoned dedicated buildings, which lie to the right and left of the main reception and dining areas.

Each tastefully-appointed room features a Maasai-inspired, hand-painted, wall fresco, king-sized bed or luxurious twins, lavish all-encompassing mosquito-curtaining, bathroom (with walk-in shower), writing/vanity unit, and private veranda.

Food

Day 3…………Tumaini cottages Nakuru

You will wake up early in the morning headed to Nakuru national park with one or two stops on the way. Your group arrives at Tumaini cottages in time for lunch and relaxation. The driver will pick you up at your lodge for afternoon game drive at lake Nakuru national park. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4…………AA lodge Amboseli

You will wake up early in the morning headed to Amboseli national park with one or two stops on the way. Your group arrives at AA lodges Amboseli in time for lunch and relaxation. The driver will pick you up at your lodge for afternoon game drives and later return for dinner and overnight. Spot the biggest herds of Elephants in this park.

Day 5………………..AA lodge Amboseli

Full day in the amboseli national park. You wake early in the morning for your breakfast. Great views of Mt kilimanjaro awaits you as step out of your room. Driver will pick your group for game drives as great herds of Elephants awaits you. You return to the lodge for late lunch and afternoon relaxation.

Day 6…………………..Ngulia safari lodge

After your breakfast, the group will join other vehicles headed to tsavo west national park for a security convoy. It is a routine for vehicles headed to tsavo west to be escorted by security but this is just for precaution and no threat at all on the way. You arrive in time for lunch and relaxation. Afternoon game drives and overnight.

Day 7…………………voi safari lodge

The group will depart for tsavo East national park via game drives. You exit tsavo East and arrive at voi safari lodge in time for lunch. You have a chance to swim before the afternoon game drives starts. Visit the Aruba dam where the animals mostly concentrate for quenching thirst. This is the park famous for man eaters of Tsavo.

Day 8……………….mombasa

DAY 3

You depart after breakfast for Lake Naivasha crescent camp. Lake Naivasha Crescent Camp is located on the shores of Lake Naivasha at the heart of the Kenyan Rift Valley, only 90 minutes’ drive from Nairobi.

The camp is constructed using canvas and has a capacity of20 luxury tents. The tents are well furnished, have wooden floors and adequate space generously created to allow free movement inside and outside at the guests’ comfort. The driver will stop at the famous Thompson falls for photos. You arrive in time for lunch and relaxation. Afternoon boat rides awaits as the pilot shows you the beauty of this place. Spot the many hippopotamus and birds in the lake.

DAY 5

The group is headed to Amboseli national park. The group arrives in time for lunch and relaxation. Your guide will pick you from your lodge for the afternoon game drives. This is your full day with nature. Depart from your lodge after breakfast and get driven to the most interior part of Serengeti national park. DAY 10

Lodge: Sopa lodge Ngorongoro

The group departs after breakfast for ngorongoro crater arriving in time for lunch. Visit the crater in the afternoon and return or dinner and overnight.
