Private 11 Days Safari: Kenya & Tanzania

DAY 2: AA lodge Maasai Mara.
Depart Nairobi early in the morning for Maasai Mara with a stop at the escarpment for photographing. Continue with the safari arriving at your lodge in time for lunch and afternoon relaxation. Game drives starts at 4.00pm till dusk. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3: The trip takes you to the heart of Maasai Mara reserve bringing you closer to the home of the big five. Meet lions, cheetah, leopard, elephants, buffalo, rhino, gazelles, elands and many other. Enjoy your packed lunch next to the Mara River as the sound of singing birds soothes you. Later more game drives and return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4: Lake Naivasha crescent camp. You depart after breakfast for Lake Naivasha. Lake Naivasha Crescent Camp is located on the shores of Lake Naivasha at the heart of the Kenyan Rift Valley. The lake has many animals including large families of buffaloes. Hundreds of birds also hover above the lake. Optional activities includes boat rides to the lake.

DAY 5: Lodge: AA lodge Amboseli. You are headed to Amboseli National park. You arrives in time for lunch and relaxation. Your guide will pick you from your lodge for the afternoon game drives. Enjoy the great views of Mt Kilimanjaro the highest mountain in Africa from your lodge. Amboseli national is famous for many animals including large families of Elephants.

DAY 6: Lodge: AA Amboseli.
Full day in the Amboseli National park. You wake up early in the morning for your breakfast. Driver will pick your group for game drives as great herds of Elephants are found in this park. Today you are assured of many animals and if lucky, enjoy hunting game. You return later to the lodge for late lunch and afternoon relaxation.

DAY 7: Lodge: Maramboi tented camp Tarangire.
The group departs early in the morning after breakfast for Tarakea border and cross over to Tanzania. A 4*4 vehicle waits on the Tanzanian side and proceed to Tarangire National Park enjoying your lunch on the way. Afternoon relaxation and later game drives in this park with large herds of Elephants.

DAY 8: Lodge: Osero tented camp
Wake up early for crossing over the Ngoro Ngoro conservation park to Serengeti National Park. The group arrives in time for lunch and relaxation. Afternoon games drives cannot be missed in this expansive national park. Spot the big five and thousands of wild beasts. Return for dinner and overnight.

DAY 9:Lodge: Osero tented camp
This is your full day with nature. Depart from your lodge after breakfast and get driven to the most interior part of Serengeti national park. You have a chance to spot the big five and the thousands of zebras and wild beasts with occasional sightings of hunting. Enjoy your packed lunch at the picnic site in the park. Later, continue with game drives till late in the afternoon when you return for dinner and overnight.

DAY 10: Lodge: Ngorongoro wildlife lodge.
You departs after breakfast for Ngoro Ngoro crater full day tour. There are a lot of animals to see in this park with Caldera Lake where animals congregate for water. Enjoy your packed lunch in the park picnic site. Later in the afternoon, proceed to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 11: This marks the last day of your safari. The group departs after breakfast to catch a Nairobi bound bus from Arusha town. The bus drops you at your Nairobi hotel late in the afternoon marking the end of the safari. After this tour, you will be filled with great memories from Africa.
